I’m a Women’s Ecologist™, adult educator, and shamanic practitioner in the Andean tradition specializing in the plant spirit medicine of Ireland and New Zealand.

Since the 1970s, women have carried the weight of four jobs (worker, mother, homemaker, relationship caretaker) and paid for it with their health. The rise in autoimmunity, the anti-self disorder, is a quiet rebellion from within.

It’s time to come home to yourself by reclaiming the three cornerstones of your identity: Women’s spirituality, womanhood, and women’s leadership.
